OUR WINES
TRÉS SNOB.
METHODE TRADITIONNELLE ROSE SPARKLING
The "Black Messenicolas" variety, which was preserved thanks to a French nobleman, Monsieur Nicolas, and passed down to today’s wine lovers, returns to its "roots."
A sparkling wine whose production process begins with an early harvest, followed by two years of aging in French oak barrels, and concludes with second fermentation in the bottle and hand riddling for 6 months.
Wines produced using this method are the most expensive but also the most refined, as they develop a unique character from barrel aging, secondary fermentation, and bottle maturation.
The bubbles are most persistent, and due to the aging process, they integrate into the wine better than any other method.
ORIGIN: Messenicolas, Karditsa
VARIETY: Black Messenicolas
TYPE: Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine
COLOR & AROMA: Brilliant rosé color with orange hues, with fine bubbles that persistently remain in your glass. The ultimate surprise on the nose. Aromas of apple and strawberry are accompanied by just the right amount of acidity, as well as autolytic aromas from bottle fermentation. Yeast, toasted bread, and nuts create a wine that honors its French "upbringing" and the hard work of its creators.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve at 6-8°C and it pairs excellently—yet without being "Snob"—with dishes from Greek cuisine.
Available in 750ml bottles.
